Purple and green stripes

I did my mother's nails again! I already told you she likes purple. It's her favourite colour ever since she bought purple glasses (only the frame ;)) and from that moment on her collection of purple things expanded with more and more clothes, accessories, jewelry, eyeshadow, etc. Today I made her another purple manicure, combined with light green.I used polishes and stripers with different

Roses inspiration

I've seen many nails with these 'swirled' roses and today I decided to try it myself, with the help of this and this tutorial. I used a dotting tool for the dots and a toothpick for the swirling (watch the tutorials if you don't know what I'm talking about). I did a few different designs, just for your inspiration. Pink roses

I made this cute design with pink roses for my younger sister. I think painting roses is overestimated, cause it's actually quite simple: a rose consists just of a few lines around a central point. I did it with a striper and I love how it turned out!(Oh, I let her do the topcoat herself, not quite pleased with how thát turned out...)

Shop With Me: Everything's Coming up Roses...

When I walked out of my apartment this morning, I was thrilled to be greeted with mild temperatures and the faint smell of fresh-cut grass. It reminded me of early spring, when most of the landscape is still muddy brown, there's frost on the ground at sunrise, and the very first pink and red flower buds begin to pop open. With that inspiration in mind, I decided to do a little digging to find some pretty, little items that would remind me of that feeling all year long -- delicate, feminine florals, vintage-inspired frocks, pale and shimmering neutrals and of course, roses everwhere.
