Kitchen Set

Currently we are in fact already made a lot of interior design aspart of the exterior design we develop for our clients. This design is a preliminary design that we show in the blog astudioarchitect aspart of a design portfolio. You also can ask us to design the interior of your space. Is that interior business space, office, apartment, orjust a kitchen set, or bedroom with a custom bed head or custommade duplicators and cabinet.

Kitchen interior design is made to complement a fairly smallhouse, with a compact and integrated arrangement. Kitchen sethas a small table for breakfast is incorporated in a whole kitchenset. So in this case the homeowner does not need a special table, due to limited space.

Use colors that tend to be flashy to give the feel cheerful in thekitchen, with accents of the print image is placed on the wall thatgives a natural feel of the flowers, also provide additional natural feel. It would be nice to have a place to cook at once quicklymenghidangkannya to residents of the house, as well as into the arena together, drinking tea and coffee.

Minimalist Living Interior Design Challenge

I have a Minimalist Living Interior Design Challenge for you.
You will see some photos of my place. I did not move anything around, so these are the before pictures.
What I am looking for from you are ideas on what should go. And maybe what should stay.
I am on board with the Minimalist Living 100 Thing Challenge so I know that a lot of stuff will have to go.
So you tell me. What are some of your interior design ideas?. Please keep in mind that I want a minimalist interior design theme.
Living a minimalist lifestyle has made me realize certain things and I am learning more about myself everyday.
I can do without. I do not need anything.
I have some ideas on what should go. But I want your interior design ideas. Move this or toss that. Should I keep something you see?
So please comment and pass this along to your friends so they can have the chance to comment as well.
    Thanks.

Small Balcony Ideas

I have a really small balcony (1m x 4m) which faces north and it’s lovely to sit with a cup of coffee, read the paper or munch on a piece of toast in the morning sunshine – if only I could fit! No matter how many different ways I have tried to organise that balcony, it has been a constant decorating challenge. Small tables and chairs always over-crowd the space making it impractical to move around and walk down to the yard - until I discovered the Hanging Balcony Table.
    0605_balconytable02.jpgP1030356
It looked pretty ridiculous online, but for $59.95 it was worth giving it a try. When it arrived, it was a little larger than I thought and solved the problem perfectly. Coupled with a bench seat from IKEA and these cute little pink and scarlet outdoor cushions, I have the perfect place to sit in the mornings to watch the birds and enjoy the sunshine.
    Being a rented apartment I am sort of limited to what I can do, but I’m not 100% happy with it yet. While I have the furniture in position, the next step is to add some plants which I will also hang from the balcony and perhaps some wood deck tiles like these (about $15 - $25 per tile) – to make it a little more modern;

KITCHEN DECORATING IDEAS FOR 2010

Are you thinking of redecorating your kitchen for the new year? Listed below are some great kitchen decorating ideas you can use for 2010 to bring life to the room you spend the most time in:

Use bright bold colors - Kitchens are the one place where you can use bright reds, greens, yellows, and blues and get away with it. If you try to use those colors for a dining or living area, they probably will not look good at all. But if you want your kitchen to stand out and make a bold statement, using bright colors is the way to do it. You can't do this in every kitchen but if yours is one that already has a whimsical look, adding colors can be a great idea.
Centerpieces decor, Minimalist Design, Home Design, Decoration, Modern Furniture, Staircase Design
The clean and neat kitchen - Some kitchens are a mess, with the refrigerator full of magnets, things hung all over the walls, and the counter tops packed with utensils. This kind of a hectic kitchen is not for everyone and you might prefer one that has more elegance and style. If you want a kitchen that you can bring anyone to and not be embarrassed, the clean and neat kitchen is for you. Minimal things on the walls, the counter tops should be clean, and everything should be put away in it's proper spot: which is in a cupboard!

Old style vintage kitchen - Do you remember hanging out in your Grandmother's kitchen. Those were the good old days when a kitchen had character and it didn't have all sorts of high tech gadgets. If you want your own vintage kitchen, think about doing away with all the things that look modern and replacing them with old school ones instead. For instance, you could add something like a mortar and pestle set. Simplicity should be the theme for this kind of kitchen.

Kitchen for chefs - If you like the clean white look of the kind of restaurant kitchen you see in the movies, you can try to model yours accordingly. This kind of kitchen accentuates the basics and when you walk in, it is clear this kitchen is for cooking! Usually there is a lot of stainless steel used for the cabinets, sinks, andstove tops and this is one of the more unique kitchen design ideas

Restaurant style kitchen - At some restaurants, you can get aglimpse of part of even all of the kitchen. This is because it is stylishly decorated and it serves as part of the atmosphere of the restaurant. If you have an open kitchen that blends in with your dining room or eating area, you can try to duplicate this look. Think more about what things look like than how well they work because style is the most important aspect of this kitchen.

The casual kitchen - This is the kitchen that is the favorite room in the house where everyone ends up spending a lot of time. Comfort is the key here as all the chairs and stools must be a pleasure to sit on. The kitchen colors must be soft on the eyes and you need to have it big enough for people to congregate. This type of kitchen is designed as the gathering spot both for guests when you have parties and for everyday use.

Marin County Kitchen design

Marin County Kitchen designThomas Wold partnered with Sheryl Drinkwater (architect) and Brad Charlstrom (contractor) to help a young family renovate their kitchen. The client had an unchanged ranch-style home from the 1950s located in Marin County.

Wold worked with the architect and homeowners on developing a new look and function of the kitchen, as well as fabricated and installed the new casework. What resulted was asignature Thomas Wold-style kitchen. If you've seen Wold's work before, then you know what I'm talking about.
The big island integrates seating so the room could be conducive to casual eating and socializing. Overall, the client wanted a youthful feel, so Wold settled on a soft palette of two solid colors to complement the uniformed Anegre veneers plus a neutral white CaesarStone counter. The yellow on the "office" cabinets is only seen in this area to note it's unique function. The area above the fridge is white opaque Plexiglass sliding doors cut with a laser jet.

Apartment Terapy

Not that I am an expert at it. I simply make an effort, wherever I have lived, and always on a tiny budget. Which makes you get pretty inventive, and at times, reckless. I have so many paint-stained articles of clothing that I still insist on wearing, including an ugly, brown, workout top that has bright orange stains on it. Stains on the BOOBS.
Ross shakes his head in shame whenever I walk out of the house with it on.
Also, I have a mental list of design sites that I frequent. Like Design Crisis (run by two Austin girls!), Desire to Inspire, and - of course - Apartment Therapy. They are my version of internet porn.

Bathroom Vanity Cabinets

Any design of Bathroom Vanity Cabinets are to consider the use of steam, hot and cold water system in the bathroom. As those three kind of liquids are the most commonly found in a bathroom one use to clean his body. Although it seems to have nothing to do with , it may directly affect Bathroom Vanity Cabinets  performance in the sense of its lifetime and its hygienic.

Bathroom Vanity Cabinets Home Design, Home Interior Design, House Design and Architecture, Interior Design, Minimalist Design, Bedroom Design
Basic rule to notice is that one should spare at least 4 inches rise from the bathroom floor surface before putting Bathroom Vanity Cabinets. This is a must. Most Bathroom Vanity Cabinets start to get damaged starting from their base part. Yes, it is because of water splash and very high floor moisture which is absorbed by the Bathroom Vanity Cabinets porous material. When this happened bacteriae and or rust will grow up and settle in unreachable spots which is impossible to be cleaned then.

For some aesthetical reasons there are designs where one must put his Bathroom Vanity Cabinets directly on the bathroom floor without any concrete bed to lay on. Yes you can do that as long as you are sure your bathroom floor is 100% dry. 5% of moisture is the maximum tolerance you can get for this kind of purpose. Since to build a 100% dry floor surface would require a lot of cost to build. Usually the Bathroom Vanity Cabinets manufacturer or the carpenter you order them from will use the hardest and best quality of wood to anticipate the demand. Plus using the kind of Poly Urethane surface protection to make it last long.

The only thing is most bathroom will use ceramic tiles at its floor and walls. As we understand there are grout lines all over the floor surface so indeed the Bathroom Vanity Cabinets are still exposed to water in some way. Nothing is perfect and above mentioned is the best thing one can do to fulfill his dream bathroom lay out. To arrange a short meeting between you, your designer and your contractor is the best way to do prior to the work.

There is possibility to invite another contractor who do waterproofing job. Your Bathroom Vanity Cabinets lifetime will depend on his work indeed. The remaining 5% tolerance of floor moisture is a result of naturally never ending condensation process. Particularly when your bathroom environment bears a hot humid air then condensation must be handled by proper experienced contractor.

Amazing Monolithic Home in Switzerland with an Inviting Interior Design

Casa Larga was designed by Swiss architect Daniele Claudio Taddei and is located in Brissago, Switzerland. Overlooking a picturesque landscape and situated near lake Maggiore, the residence sits like a giant monolith which seems to guard the wonderful surrounding views. Here is more from the architects: “Despite its size, Casa Larga appears to be nearly weightless in this solid environment. This feeling intensifies upon entering the building. The light-flooded stairwell connects all the floors with a boyant wooden construction. The building is accessible from the basement floor and reaches up 4 stories in a tower-like fashion. Horizontal corridors have been dispensed with. Vertical lines dominate the building’s motif, which is also echoed in the rhythmically placed, high-reaching windows.” The interiors of this imposing building are dominated by timber which creates a warm atmosphere. The floor to ceiling windows maximize the amount of natural light while in the same time offering stunning views for the inhabitants.by
